Product overview & roadmap

From order to payment, with nothing re-typed in between.

One platform for companies that run their own logistics. The webshop, the warehouse floor, the van and the bookkeeping stop being separate systems and become a single flow.

Less administration Fewer errors Grip on your logistics

Blue light travels the loop: every step hands its data to the next one automatically.

The loop, step by step

Eleven stops. One chain of data.

Each stop below is a place where most companies re-key information into another system. In Avstarna the data is already there — the step only adds what it knows.

  1. 01

    Webshop

Customers order at their own price list. The order lands in the platform the moment it is placed.

  2. 02

    Order registration

New orders are booked automatically, with prices frozen exactly as the customer saw them.

  3. 03

    Goods receiving

Incoming goods are logged with the supplier's own barcode, or a QR label you print on the spot.

  4. 04

    Warehouse

Pickers scan boxes off the shelf with a handheld. The order updates while they walk.

  5. 05

    Inventory

Quantities and expiry dates stay visible per batch, so nothing quietly ages out in a corner.

  6. 06

    Route planner

The day's deliveries are grouped and ordered on a map into routes that make sense.

  7. 07

    Packing station

The delivery note writes itself from what was actually scanned into the box.

  8. 08

    Delivery

The customer signs on the driver's tablet. The signature is on the order before the van pulls away.

  9. 09

    Invoice

Invoiced on what left the building, not on what was ordered weeks ago. Sent automatically.

  10. 10

    Bookkeeping

Invoices and credit notes post straight into the accounting package over its API.

  11. 11

    Product data

Safety data sheets and quality documents hang on the product itself, ready when a customer asks.

Why it matters

The same working day, before and after.

Before

The owner is the integration layer

  • Orders arrive by mail, phone and webshop, then get typed over by hand.
  • Stock lives in a spreadsheet that is already out of date by noon.
  • Invoicing happens on Friday evening, from paper delivery notes.
  • "Did that go out?" can only be answered by walking to the warehouse.

After

The platform is the integration layer

  • Every order enters once, wherever it came from.
  • Scanning on the floor is what keeps stock current.
  • The invoice follows the delivery the same day, by itself.
  • Status, stock and documents are on one screen, for everyone.

Where we are

Built in production, extended in the open.
