Mutiara B.V. respects your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Which data we collect We collect the details you give us yourself: your name, company name, address, email address and telephone number, and the orders you place with us. If you have a webshop account with us, we also store your login email address and a secured version of your password. We cannot see your password. Why we use it We use your details to handle your order, to deliver it, to invoice it, and to contact you about it. We also keep the records our accounting and food-safety obligations require of us. How long we keep it We keep order and invoice data for as long as the tax authorities require (seven years). Other details we keep no longer than needed for the purpose above. Sharing with others We share your details only with parties who help us do our work — such as our delivery service, our accountant and our software supplier — and only what they need.
